Things you need to consider when purchasing a home are the extra costs involved in a real estate transaction. Costs will vary so be sure that you are clear from the professionals you chose what to expect. The most common expenses are:

Lawyer/Notary Fees & Expenses which include the cost of clearing the title of the property, discharge fees, tax adjustments etc.

Real Estate Commission which covers all the marketing, mls listing, networking and sale negotiations done by your Real Estate Professional. Your agent will see the Contract of Purchase and Sale from start until possession should all subjects be removed and the sale complete.
